Job Overview

As the Data and Insights Manager, you will head a small yet impactful team proficient in Google Analytics, Bloomreach CDP, and BI/data engineering. Your primary role will involve guiding the team in providing valuable insights necessary for strategic decisions across marketing, product, public relations, and more, enhancing our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand a high-performing team of data specialists.

• Manage daily operations, including sprint planning and stand-ups, while maintaining the team’s focus on strategic business goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in data management within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data security practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Power BI.
