The Role: As a senior technical lead at Formula.Monks, you will spearhead the continuous enhancement of our data systems and pipelines. Your expertise will empower our marketing team to execute outstanding campaigns by ensuring seamless, effective, and scalable data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize processes for data capture, storage, processing, and distribution.
• Employ AWS best practices and integrate AWS products creatively.
• Transform marketing requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficiently tested code.
• Drive system architecture discussions and propose innovative solutions.
• Manage and improve ETL tasks across various data sources and systems.
• Build scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Articulate, document, and communicate technical solutions and design decisions effectively.
• Identify and implement solutions to upscale marketing operations efficiently.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with AWS technologies such as EC2, EventBridge, and Lambda.
• Experience with CI-CD tools like Docker, GitHub, and Spinnaker.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of data management frameworks including Spark and Pandas.
• A strong grasp of data security, compliance, and efficient data processing architectures.
• Proven ability in performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines.
• Exceptional client and stakeholder management abilities.
• Leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams on Data Patterns and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Marketo and familiarity with Marmtech, PHP, or Java.
