Join the CCB Data & Analytics team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a trailblazer in financial solutions, as an Associate focused on Customer Experience and Journey Data Engineering. Be an integral part of the Product Customer Experience & Journey Analytics organization, tasked with enhancing our online and offline customer interactions through innovative, data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and evolution of essential source files, datasets, and metadata to power Customer Experience and Journey analytics.
• Scale internal data structures to support data analysis and visualization, ensuring our teams deliver impactful, actionable insights.
• Collaborate on business and analytic use cases to enhance data signal capture; driving standard and custom data metrics and analysis delivery.
• Optimize and automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation regarding data sources, transformations, and dependencies.
• Uphold strict data governance and transparency standards across all operations.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 4 years’ experience in a large-scale data environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and ETL processes; adept at data retrieval, transformation, and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to foster relationships and manage projects across various teams, including data engineering, governance, product management, and analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a capacity to address and rectify complex data issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to creating quality outputs within designated timelines.
• Proficiency with modern cloud and data management technologies, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Cloudera), and analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics).
