The Data Strategy & Services department drives the FCA’s Data Strategy. Our primary focus is to enhance the value of data through comprehensive management, governance, and analytical activities while centrally coordinating all data-related efforts. As a part of the Data, Technology & Innovation (DTI) Division, we lead the FCA in utilizing data and advanced analytics to revolutionize financial regulation.

We are seeking 2 Data Engineers for our Data Discovery and Research Team (DDR) within the Data Strategy & Services department. This department integrates data management, engineering, service, and product design to drive the FCA's Data Strategy.
You will collaborate across the FCA to ensure optimal use and sharing of data and intelligence while minimizing reporting burdens on firms. Your contribution will be critical in addressing business challenges through innovative data usage.
One role will specifically focus on managing a new data collection for consumer credit agreements—a complex data set that must be transformed and integrated to meet the analytical needs of the organization.
