Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Associate in Data, Analytics & AI, you will deliver premium, cost-efficient, and high-quality services that enhance process quality and delivery capability in support of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on testing and developing Conversational AI systems, utilizing your understanding of NLU and NLP testing methodologies, and overseeing various testing phases from functional to user experience. You will ensure the testing process is streamlined and automated using the latest tools and frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills

• Years of Experience: 6+ years in hands-on roles.
• Technical Expertise: Conversational AI, NLU implementations, customer experience metrics, Intent Analytics, Orchestration, AI & IVR Testing, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
• Testing Skills: Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Cyara, Botium, Postman, Selenium, and IBM Watson Assistant Toolkits.
• Programming: Strong command over JavaScript with optional proficiency in Python, Pyspark, R, or SQL.
• Analytics Tools: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and experience in Chatbot development platforms such as IBM Watson, LUIS, Rasa.
• Understanding of operational analytics across pricing, sales, marketing, and customer insights.
