The salary range for this position is:

mid: 12 300 - 17 600 PLN gross  (employment contract)

Hybrid work model according to the arrangements of the leader and the team

Team description:

Our team is a group of experienced engineers, product managers, and administrators responsible for bringing automation to the organization. We prepare integrations between services. We operate in the spirit of data mesh - we are one of the larger data producers, used by analytical teams. We prepare automated scenarios that affect the largest KPIs of the organization.

As a Data Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for automating business processes in areas such as HR. You will design, create and automate processes, produce necessary data sets for other teams in the organization. Maintain a data processing infrastructure in GCP. Visualize your work using Google Looker Studio.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are very proficient in SQL
  • Program in Python at least on a basic level
  • Fluently use Google Sheets (Google Suite), MS Excel
  • Have experience with at least one type of database: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery
  • Have experience with one of the reporting tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI
  • Have proficiency in English of at least level B2

We also appreciate:

  • Knowledge of topics related to Airflow, Google Composer, Dataproc, Spark
  • Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script
  • Knowledge and experience in modeling, creating and maintaining ETL processes
  • Experience in working in a GCP environment

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing necessary data for the development of the HR areas
  • You will be responsible for reporting selected indicators and automating reporting processes in the area of Business Services & Automation and for external stakeholders
  • You will support the automation of important business processes.
  • You will take care of creating and supporting, maintaining ETL processes and preparing data aggregates for the remaining Allegro teams
  • You will be responsible for developing reporting processes based on business requirements using Google Data Studio
