Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured data collection, storage, and processing.
  • Integrate data from various sources to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
  • Design and implement data models and structures that support efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
  • Establish data quality and validation processes.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for data-driven decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Education

  • Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and processing.
  • Knowledge of dimensional modeling and schema design.
  • Experience with data warehouse solutions such as Redshift or Snowflake.
  • Cloud experience with AWS.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like Sisense BI, QuickSight, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a continuous learning mindset.
