Ensure the comprehensive management of data from its extraction to its availability for consumption, ensuring high quality, traceability, and maximizing its usefulness for technical and operations teams.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
This profile seeks to ensure not only technical efficiency in data handling, but also the capability to understand and contribute to the strategic value of data, by:
Data extraction and transformation:
Carrying out data extraction from various sources.
Executing complex transformations using SQL queries to prepare data.
Python programming:
Using advanced Python programming skills for script development and tool optimization that enhance data handling.
Constructing data pipelines:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient data pipelines, preferably using Apache Airflow.
Ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process.
Cloud experience:
Having solid knowledge in cloud computing environments, preferably in AWS and specifically S3.
Seniority and interdisciplinary work:
Performing with a high level of seniority, facilitating collaboration and decision making.
Interacting effectively with members of multidisciplinary teams.
Context understanding and decision making:
Demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding the purpose and context of managed data.
Making informed decisions about the most appropriate structure, formats, and fields according to specific use cases.

At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
Knowledge in:
Cloud tools like Snowflake, Airflow, Astronomer, Dbt, etc.
Agile methodologies
Programming languages such as Python, SQL
Cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud
Developing systems, software architectures, object-oriented programming.
Designing and implementing processes
Data Warehousing design and modeling
