Position Overview

As the Data Manager, based in the Philippines, you will be at the forefront of transforming our data operations from manual reporting to advanced automated systems. This role involves managing the Philippines data team, overseeing automation of processes, providing key business insights, and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing our reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to automated data processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align data functions with business objectives.
• Develop strategies for data analysis and visualization to support decision making.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain data integrity.
• Manage and mentor the data management team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• An experienced leader with at least 4 years in data management or analytics.
• Skilled in SQL, Tableau, ETL tools, and other relevant technologies.
• Adept in analyzing data trends and driving strategic insights.
• Excellent communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Capable of working effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Must possess a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
