Collaborating with teams across technology and business, you will lead efforts in data solutions, management, and governance that support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with partners across Compliance, Audit, and Risk sectors to define data needs and engineer bespoke solutions.
• Identify and bridge gaps in data management practices, devising strategies to adhere to risk and compliance mandates.
• Drive the development of both interim and long-term data management solutions aligned with regulatory and business needs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and internal controls to uphold rigorous data standards and policies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years in the financial sector with comprehensive experience across various products and business lines.

• Strong presentation skills and the capacity to influence and engage senior leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
