Roles & Responsibilities:

The Psychiatry Department's Center for Stress, Resilience and Personal Growth is currently seeking a highly skilled Data Manager with a knack for maintaining clinical databases. The successful candidate should be proficient in RedCap, Excel, and SPSS or equivalent software.

Key responsibilities include optimizing database structures, automating outputs, managing data processes, and safeguarding data integrity for various clinical projects. This role requires a proactive individual to support our center's growing needs for data management to ensure the highest quality of care and operational efficiency.

Core Duties:

• Design and management of data structures and automations.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data processes.
• Development and implementation of data quality management practices.
• Preparation of detailed reports and manuscripts for internal and external distribution.
• Conducting statistical analyses and contributing to scholarly publications.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and technologies associated with clinical data management.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred) and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in data management within a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong proficiency in a data-driven environment.
