Who We Are Looking For:

We need a skilled Data Manager who is not only proficient in handling healthcare claims data but also excels in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Manager, you will:

• Ensure accurate receipt and interpretation of data from suppliers.
• Enhance and maintain processes for data transformation and standardization.
• Conduct thorough data quality reviews, investigate data issues, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve these issues.
• Participate actively in release testing and other critical functions.

What You’ll Need:

Our ideal candidate brings a robust background in healthcare data management, including:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management of healthcare data integration for large, self-funded entities.
• Detailed knowledge of ETL processes specific to healthcare benefits.
• Proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
• At least 3 years in IT roles focused on business or data analysis, plus over a year in project planning or management.
• A minimum of 3 years in the healthcare claims sector.
