Responsibilities

Data Management Roadmap Development

Devise a strategic data management roadmap that aligns with both our business goals and technological advancements. Collaborate with key stakeholders like Data Engineers and Business Support to optimize operational efficiency and contribute to our strategic objectives.

Data Governance and Process

Establish robust data governance frameworks to uphold data quality and security. Implement best practices and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with our Group Data standards, thereby supporting superior research outputs and client-centric insights.

Stakeholder Management

Bridge communication between various departments and external data providers to ensure clarity in data requirements and facilitate data-driven strategies within the organization.

BI Dashboards Development

Design and implement PowerBI dashboards that are both intuitive and insightful, enabling stakeholders to grasp real estate trends and make informed decisions swiftly.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years in roles focused on data management and governance. A strong grasp of SQL, PowerBI, and data visualization is essential. Additional knowledge of the MENA real estate sector will be considered a plus.
