Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Manager II, you will be integral to our Central Labs Global Data Management team with responsibilities including:

• Initiating start-up processes and engaging with client data management.
• Creating protocol folders and managing study documentation.
• Developing and reviewing Data Transfer Specifications (DTS).
• Acting as a liaison across departments to ensure seamless data integration and management.
• Conducting quality checks, managing data transfers, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in client meetings, managing service requests, and supporting project billing.

A BS/BA degree and at least 2 years of Data Management experience or an Associate degree with 4 years of experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with other MS Office products. Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in Data Management, Clinical Trials, or customer service in a related field.
