HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH invites applications for the role of Data Manager (f/m/d) in the Obsolescence Management department at our Taufkirchen site, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Role Overview

The Obsolescence Management department ensures material availability for production and maintenance of HENSOLDT products throughout their life cycle, supporting both national and international projects and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of obsolescence management plans
  • Preparation of internal and external offers for Obsolescence Management (OM)
  • Implementation and execution of the obsolescence management plan across HENSOLDT products and test equipment for the entire product life cycle
  • Monitoring and analyzing material and product data, developing solutions for material supply, and coordinating measures
  • Representation and coordination of obsolescence topics in interdisciplinary and integrated product teams on both national and international levels
  • Close cooperation with program areas, product and project managers, and specialist departments
  • Management of OM-relevant material in warehouse organization
  • Active risk management within your area of responsibility and contribution to the risk management of product and project teams
  • Preparing and conducting project-related obsolescence meetings and audits for various projects
  • Willingness to travel on business is required

Your Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in materials management, logistics, or customer service is advantageous
  • Experience in obsolescence management and familiarity with relevant tools
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Access)
  • Commitment and readiness to develop and implement innovative ideas
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to think comprehensively and recognize larger relationships
  • Team-oriented, assertive, and initiative-driven
  • Requirements for Ü2 security clearance fulfilled
  • Fluent in German and English
