Your Role and Impact

As a Data Manager - Labs, you will coordinate all data management project-related activities, ensuring successful setup, conduct, and closeout of assigned studies. Your goal will be to build strategic partnerships with our clients to secure future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor all activities during the study conduct phase, including training/re-training of support staff and facilitating database cleaning.
  • Utilize programs, applications, and tools to ensure quality outputs, such as programming, DSR validation, and data transfer format development.
  • Manage data transfers, including scheduling, running, QC, and file sending to sponsors to ensure high-quality data.
  • Generate complex and/or non-routine reports for internal and external customers, ensuring consistent reporting of data.
  • Track project performance and risk profiles via project dashboards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.

Experience: Previous experience (equivalent to 2+ years) that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, or a combination of education, training, and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret user requirements to develop a product.
  • General programming and logic knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative team environment.
