Job Description: Manager of Data & Platform Solutions

As a core member of our Data and Platform Solutions teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing marketing outcomes through comprehensive data utilization and advanced technology. This entry-level management position demands a tactful use of audience data and a thorough understanding of various technological platforms like DSPs, RMNs, and CDPs to refine marketing strategies and optimize client investments.

With collaboration at the heart of our operations, you will work intimately with our media planning, investment, and analytics teams, transforming client objectives into scalable data strategies to maximize client partnership value.

Role Objectives:

  • Manage daily operations across platforms such as DMPs, CDPs, and DSPs.
  • Drive the activation of audience data to influence media strategies and improve client results.
  • Facilitate the creation of targeted audience profiles and oversee the distribution and performance analysis of these segments.
  • Extract and leverage category-specific and brand-specific data to unearth insights that propel business objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with client-side research, insights, and analytics teams to anchor data at the core of strategic planning.
  • Provide internal support as a data strategy expert and simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in client interactions, prepare client-facing presentations, and contribute to media deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Ad & MarTech trends.

Qualifications:

As the ideal candidate, you will bring a strong background in digital media, ad technology, or analytics with at least 3 years of professional experience. Your ability to manage projects independently, paired with your keen interest in data-driven storytelling and strategic insight development, will set you apart. Expertise in media planning across diverse channels and familiarity with various consumer insight methodologies will be advantageous.
