About the Role: Data Manager (m/w/d) Sales & Service - KION ITS Germany

As a Data Manager in Sales & Service for KION ITS Deutschland, you’ll become part of an unbeatable team. This role involves implementing our corporate data management structure across Germany. You will be integral to a company-wide migration project based on SAP S/4 and Salesforce, helping to shape the future work environment. Your day-to-day work will be defined by respect, variety, and responsibility with new, exciting challenges daily.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate, complete creation, modification, and deletion of master and transaction data, adhering to corporate standards. You'll play a key role in setting up and constantly refining central data management policies, ensuring high-quality data life cycles as per corporate benchmarks.

You will also help drive internal project management and documentation for migration projects.

Desired qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar; alternatively, completed commercial or IT-related training with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong data affinity and a solid understanding of process workflows and data flows across multiple IT systems.
  • Skills in bridging requirements between departments and IT, breaking down business needs into process/functional requirements, data requirements, and IT specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with SAP S/4 or R3 is an advantage.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
