Who You Will "CELLebrate" With

Exciting times are underway at PowerCo’s Battery Valley! We are thrilled to launch our own battery cell production and establish our global headquarters for cell manufacturing. The Operations team is essential in managing a variety of tasks, from planning and constructing new battery cell factories to overseeing production-related activities like logistics, quality, production, and plant management.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Data Manager Operations, you will:

  • Develop and implement data governance and management strategies specific to the Operations business domain.
  • Maintain and enhance the Operations data model, covering both transactional and master data.
  • Define processes for the lifecycle of data products within the Operations sphere.
  • Support roles such as Data Steward and Data Custodian in collaboration with the IT department.
  • Liaise with other business units and represent Operations in various committees.
  • Utilize project management tools to track the progress of data initiatives at PowerCo’s central functions and international locations.

What You Need to Join Our Team

To be a successful candidate, you should have:

  • A university degree in business informatics, digital change management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in data management within both decentralized and centralized frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of data management infrastructures and environments.
  • Proficiency in data governance tools, such as Purview.
  • Excellent command of both English and German.
  • A strategic mindset, capable of long-term visionary thinking.
