Job Description:

As part of the Data and Platform Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in harnessing audience data to optimize marketing strategies. This team coordinates closely with media planning, investment, and analytics departments to transform complex client objectives into actionable strategies using advanced tools like DSPs, RMNs, and CDPs. Your efforts in data utilization, technological innovation, and partnership with analytics will help catalyze our goal of maximizing client partnership value and enhancing strategic planning.

Position Role - Manager of Data & Platform Solutions:

This entry-level management position is geared towards individuals eager to handle audience profiling, activate audience data, and manage sophisticated technology platforms that facilitate informed marketing decisions. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple data-targeting processes, generating insightful reports, and executing effective data-driven strategies in collaboration with our media team.

Role Objectives:

  • Manage daily operations in data management platforms like DMP, CDP, and DSP.
  • Implement audience data strategies to refine media plans for client accounts.
  • Oversee audience targeting, data sharing with partners, and performance analytics.
  • Extract and analyze brand and category data to drive insightful business results.
  • Collaborate with client research and analytics teams to integrate data into strategic planning effectively.
  • Communicate complex data strategies to a non-technical audience and aid in client consultations.
  • Create and present client-ready reports and presentations.
  • Stay updated with current Ad & MarTech trends to enhance media planning processes.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a curious, proactive professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital media, ad technology, or analytics. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools, multiple media channels, and consumer brand insights is highly beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $81,500 - $128,000, dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401k plans, and paid time off. We commit to equitable pay and conditions and, as such, reserve the right to adjust our offered salary range as necessary.
