Job Description

The Data and Platform Solutions Team at Publicis Media is seeking a driven Manager of Data & Platform Solutions. This role is crafted for those who excel in transforming data into compelling marketing strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine client strategies through data-driven decision-making, leveraging tools like DSPs, RMNs, and CDPs.

Key responsibilities include audience profiling, data activation, and technology platform management to enhance marketing decisions. If you're detail-oriented, curious, and have a capability to craft stories out of data insights, this role is for you. Your work will directly influence our media planning and execution strategies, ensuring optimal use of audience data to drive client success.

Role Objectives

  • Lead operations in platforms such as DMP, CDP, and DSP.
  • Steer audience data strategies to influence media approaches for client accounts.
  • Define and manage audience segmentation, collaborate on data sharing with partners, and oversee performance analytics.
  • Generate actionable insights from brand and category data to boost business outcomes.
  • Work closely with client-side research and analytics teams to make data a pivotal aspect of strategic planning.
  • Create and present complex data strategies in a comprehensible format to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage media-related documentation and client communications including media plans, RFPs, and presentations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Ad & MarTech.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital media, ad technology, ad operations, or analytics.
  • A proactive approach to work and a keen ability to learn and adapt.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in multi-channel media planning, including an understanding of new and emerging buying models.
  • Capability to work independently and within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $81,500 - $113,000 annually, commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
