The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Data Manager to enhance our Analytics & Insight team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring effectiveness across our web, app, and marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and strategic operations of the Redshift data warehouse.
- Develop a comprehensive tracking plan and handle the integration within the Segment CDP platform.
- Lead data privacy and data engineering projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional sprint teams.
- Establish governance processes for new data collection, integrations, and database connections.
- Provide critical BI insights to support the company’s decision-making and market strategies.
What We Require:
- 3-5 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a closely related field.
- Profound knowledge of data warehouses, data integration, and analytics tools like SQL, PowerBI, and Google Analytics.
- Strong background in working within agile sprint teams.
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
