In this role, you will lead the advancement of our data-driven products and analytics capabilities, directly contributing to the optimization of the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Product Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Defining the product vision and developing strategic roadmaps for data-driven products, ensuring alignment with MISO's goals.
  • Collaborating closely with business units to understand their needs and connect them to solutions.
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and develop data product specifications.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within the data and analytics domain.
  • Driving the data product development process, from conception through to launch, with tasks including sprint planning and feature prioritization.
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs and KRIs to gauge product success and make informed decisions.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent alignment and execution across teams.

What We Look For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in strategic product roadmaps and leading teams to meet business objectives.
  • Knowledge of Azure Platform, data/cloud platforms, and data technologies such as databases and big data platforms.
  • Familiarity with data science methodologies, including machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the product development life cycle.
