About the Role

Join our Data, Analytics & Reporting team dedicated to improving Operations’ performance by leveraging key data sets that measure timelines, accuracy, and completeness. As a Data Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating robust data quality tests, focusing on timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated analysis tools to help users uncover business opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Examine data integrity throughout the collection process and perform data profiling to identify anomalies.
• Select and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve project goals.
• Translate complex data into digestible formats for accurate performance assessment.
• Collaborate with other data quality and reporting teams for comprehensive report generation.
• Work directly with senior business leaders to solve a wide variety of problems.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards, Business Stewards, Data Custodians, and other partners to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Build strong relationships with business partners to understand and address data quality complaints.
• Implement data quality standards and practices to enhance data quality controls.
• Innovate on standard processes and technologies by reviewing external resources and marketplace trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data quality testing, mining, and monitoring.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong working experience with Database technologies (Oracle, Snowflake, Azure) and data processing languages (SQL, Python, R).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment efficiently.
• Capability to work UK/US hours as required.
• Hands-on experience building data quality checks and tracing data issues through data pipelines.
• Experience in AI/ML is a plus.
• Hybrid working environment (3 days in-office).
