Experience with client-side media and marketing data science.
Experience developing media measurement methodologies, such as marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution logic, and causal lift studies.
Understanding of incrementality measurement methodologies and frameworks.
Demonstrated skills in project management, stakeholder management, and process flow.

As a Marketing Data Science Associate at YouTube, you will drive informed decision-making and innovation for the YouTube Marketing team by leveraging data. Your role will include analyzing the incremental impact of marketing efforts, optimizing methodologies, developing data science models, and constructing data pipelines.
In collaboration with internal and external datasets, tools, vendors, and the campaign analyst, you will build methodologies and frameworks to ensure the accuracy of marketing-related business questions. Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-functional Data Science and Engineering teams, as well as the Insights and Analytics team.
The salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
