As a pivotal member of our Analytics and Insights Consumption team, your task will be to analyze pertinent data to unearth actionable insights that address fundamental business challenges or craft strategic advantages. Employing advanced tools and methodologies like AI/ML techniques, visualization, statistical and analytics models, and more, you will guide our clients towards making strategic, data-driven decisions.

Required Experience & Skills

Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience.

Must Have:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Projects focusing on demand planning & forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, network design, and segmentation in complex environments.
• Robust knowledge of forecasting techniques such as Holts Winter, ARIMA, and other advanced models.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
• Comprehensive statistics knowledge, including statistical tests and distributions.
• Experience in data analysis including data cleansing, standardization and preparation for machine learning applications.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, etc.
• Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python/Pyspark.
• Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, AWS QuickSight.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in building ML models in cloud environments like Azure ML, GCP's Vertex AI platform, or AWS SageMaker.
• Working knowledge of containerization (e.g. AWS EKS, Kubernetes) and data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
