Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven predictive/descriptive models using advanced statistical modeling and machine learning technologies.
• Create valuable insights from predictive statistical modeling activities to support business partners.
• Manage, architect, and analyze large data sets to build impactful data models that provide significant business value.
• Define, prototype, test, deploy, and monitor machine learning and statistical models for accurate predictions and forecasts.
• Recommend suitable Machine Learning/Data Analytics methods and software solutions.
• Collaborate with the app development team to integrate predictive and prescriptive models into tools.
• Support organizational objectives identified in Policy Deployment.

Basic Qualifications

• B.E in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics with 4+ years prior relevant engineering experience OR Advanced Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics with 2+ years prior relevant engineering experience.
• Strong technical and strategic skills.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, R, AI/ML Model Development.
• Effective in working across functions, organizations, and all management levels.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptable, able to manage and lead in uncertain environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience driving strategic analytics/AI initiatives and value realization from programs.
• Able to translate technical concepts into business-oriented language for decision-making and outcome influence.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.
• A deep understanding of business drivers, organizational dynamics, and data science and analytics industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad understanding of gas turbine engine fundamentals and associated components.
• Experience developing PowerBI/Qlik dashboards/AI-ML models.
• Knowledge in Data Governance, Architecture, and Platforms.
• Experience with data & text mining.
• Strong learner comfortable with new libraries and frameworks.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Role Type: Hybrid
