Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deploy analytic solutions that drive significant strategic impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Science, or a related field equipped with quantitative analytics.

Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in:

  • Statistical methods (GLM, multivariate analysis, forecasting)
  • Machine learning techniques
  • Programming (SQL, SAS, Python, R)

Experience: Prior experience in the insurance or financial industries is preferable, particularly in roles involving large datasets and advanced predictive analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to develop solutions for marketing, underwriting, pricing, product development, risk management, and more.
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance business and related data dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and software tools such as SAS, SQL Server, Teradata, and others listed.
