Role and Responsibilities

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to engage in various fascinating projects. Some of your key responsibilities may include:

• Utilizing Generative AI to analyze complex legal terms in insurance policies.
• Developing models to predict life expectancy or corporate CO2 footprints.
• Understanding weather-related risks affecting farming in China.
• Collaborating with colleagues from Swiss Re's international offices on diverse and exciting projects.

About You

While nobody is perfect, we are looking for candidates who meet some of the criteria below and are truly curious about the world of data science:

• Currently studying Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Familiar with Python.

Additional experience and interests which are a bonus:

• Background in software engineering.
• Experience with distributed computing.
• Interest in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.

The minimum gross base salary for this position is 9 EUR/h. The final offer will reflect your skills and experience, ensuring fair compensation.
