- Your start at The Stepstone Group: We want you to feel comfortable right from the start so you can network. Therefore, we always begin with a multi-day onboarding event, where you get to know your new colleagues, our products, and our culture. Then you move on to your department – with several weeks of individual training.
- Your further development: We are growing – and of course, we want you to grow with us. We support you with targeted training that advances your personal and professional development.
- Big Player with Start-up Flair: Even though we've grown quite large, we've retained our relaxed vibe from the early days. In actual terms: we are on a first-name basis, have short communication routes, flat hierarchies, and super-helpful colleagues.
- Social Days: Talk is silver, action is gold – that's why all our employees have 2 Social Days per year. These can be flexibly used for social and sustainable dedication. And the best part: You don't have to take a vacation for this.
- Vacation days: Speaking of vacation… We offer 30 vacation days per year plus a customs day. Also, Christmas and New Year's Eve are always off.
- Our location? At the Media Harbour! This means for you, we are easily accessible – whether by car, train, or bicycle. By the way: We subsidize 50% for parking space or a job ticket.
- Jobbike: Good news for all cyclists: With our Jobbike offer, we support you to get to our office quickly and sustainably (after one year of company affiliation).
- Mobile Office: This is also possible with us! As a rule, we offer you two days of mobile work per week. Ask directly in the interview about the rules for your role.
- Into fitness? Great! Whether in our own gym, beach volleyball, or running training – our range of sports offers keeps you fit.
