Responsibilities

Innovative Solutions in Production

As part of our growing "Advanced Analytics" team of machine learning experts, you will be responsible for bringing and maintaining our machine learning solutions in production.

Codebase Enhancement

You will extend and distribute our machine learning codebase, including automated code testing and documentation.

Pipeline Design and Monitoring

You will design and implement pipelines for the deployment and monitoring of our machine learning solutions.

Continuous Improvement

You are intrinsically motivated to continuously improve implementations in your field.

Collaborative Approach

Your approach to work is characterized by open communication and convincing presentations of your solutions.

Technology Research

You will research the latest technologies and actively support the team in selecting and integrating suitable tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance our machine learning portfolio.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Professional Expertise

Several years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles, with a strong grasp of software development and testing principles.

Communication Skills

Strong English communication skills (German proficiency is a plus).

Skills Needed to Be Successful in This Role

Python Proficiency

Advanced skills in object-oriented programming with Python, including code packaging techniques (e.g., using poetry).

Infrastructure Acumen

Experience with containerization (Docker), pipeline orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform), ideally within cloud environments (Azure platform preferred).

Kubernetes Knowledge

Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes and the ability to contribute to cluster maintenance.

Team Collaboration

A collaborative mindset, dedicating your creativity and motivation to our team's vision.

Continuous Learner

Ability to work independently, prioritize quality and innovation, and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
