What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

- At least one year of experience or significant independent project experience with statistical software like R or Python.
- 3+ months of hands-on experience with SQL for data acquisition and transformation.
- 3+ months of experience with real-world data handling, including cleaning and collection.
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, etc.
- 2+ years of professional experience with Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- 2+ years in data mining, statistical analysis, or model optimization.
- Strong propensity for learning new tools and techniques in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent quantitative modeling and statistical analysis skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to advocate technical solutions to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a respectful, dedicated team.
- Previous automotive industry experience, particularly in procurement, logistics, or program management, is highly valuable.
