About the Role: Digital and Data Lead Business Analyst
We are on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst to join our Digital Product team in Krakow. As our usage analytics expert, you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision making, maturing our analytics program, and optimizing our digital client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Create and manage Adobe Analytics configurations including dimensions, metrics, and event tracking.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, integrating qualitative research with quantitative findings.
- Design and customize Qlik reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret Adobe Analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Stay current with Adobe Analytics best practices and features, implementing them as necessary.
- Collaborate with product management, relationship, and client service teams to identify critical metrics and support actionable dashboard insights.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to validate hypotheses, answer business questions, and support data-driven decisions.
- Integrate multiple data sources for a comprehensive view of the customer journey.
- Explore innovative methods to identify relevant patterns, trends, and relationships in large data sets.
Project Management
- Manage projects and workstreams, applying project management processes for effective administration and control.
- Liaise with stakeholders to confirm project scope and deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables efficiently.
- Administer project activities such as meetings coordination, document preparation, and action item tracking.
- Track and report project progress and risks to program management administrators.
Leadership
- Actively participate in meetings, stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving, emphasizing transparency, empathy, and trust.
- Model inclusive behaviors that demonstrate a commitment to diversity of thought, background, and perspective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, with additional project or product management certifications being a plus.
- 5+ years of business and technical experience with digital engagement analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Usage Analytics platforms, including tag management and custom dimensions.
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying trends and opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading meetings and negotiating for desired outcomes.
- Collaborative and empathetic in cross-functional and globally diverse environments.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and firm ethics.
Other Requirements
- Certifications or coursework in data analytics or data science.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications; experience with Access is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with front-end programming languages such as Java
