JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our expanding Digital Document Services (DDS) team as a Reference Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing documentation processes for Corporate and Investment Bank operations.

About This Role

As a Reference Data Analyst in our DDS team, you will focus on critical documentation management functions including the maintenance, storage, retention, retrieval, and secure destruction of records and documents. This position requires not only meticulous attention to detail but also a proactive approach in implementing and executing global mandates and objectives vital to our data risk management policy.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidate Client Level files for all Lines of Business (LOB).
  • Efficiently organize, label, and file documents, ensuring all are indexed and stored according to internal and regulatory standards.
  • Thoroughly understand and challenge current documentation processes to optimize and standardize operations.
  • Ensure compliance with both local and global record management policies, and assist in regulatory audits and compliance reviews.
  • Design and develop effective filing systems and workflows, collaborating with various teams to clearly define documentation responsibilities.
  • Produce and prepare management reports as dictated by senior leadership needs.
  • Continuously identify and communicate with business partners to streamline processes and address any issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, coupled with at least two years of experience in data analytics or risk management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint, is essential. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and can communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Skills

Additional skills in data management, machine learning or data science will be highly regarded. Knowledge of local records management regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.
