TeamITG is seeking a Digital Insight Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting new opportunity to become part of a world-class team, helping shape the appearance, feel, function, and tools of the website(s) for one of the most iconic automotive brands worldwide. Your responsibility will be to test, learn, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing and new digital assets, primarily with the objective of increasing conversion rates. You will work closely with Business Analysts to establish which hypotheses to test, briefing the UX/UI teams to bolster the hypothesis, assisting in briefing the development teams, and making data-driven recommendations.
Your role is twofold. You will be a part of a remarkable Data, Research, and Strategy team, reporting to the Analytics & Data Science Manager. Your job will help shape our products, services, and expertise for Clients and ITG. At the same time, you will be part of our global automotive Client team, collaborating with their team of Business Analysts, Developers, and UX/UI team daily.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
-Analyse current web performance, journeys, and content to set benchmarks for success.
-Use insights to develop a set of CRO testing and measurement principles.
-Use insights to develop a testing and optimisation strategy with the team.
-Utilise web and web optimisation tools like Adobe Target, decibel or similar.
A/B Testing:
-Set up the measurement of A/B and multivariate tests.
-Analyse test results.
-Develop conclusions from the results.
-Apply statistical significance tests to results.
Conversion Rate Optimisation:
-Use analytics and user feedback to improve user experience.
-Create and maintain reports to track the success of optimisations.
Collaboration with Business Analyst:
-Work closely with Business Analysts to align on KPIs, data collection, and interpretation.
-Brief the required tagging for the test to the GTM team.
-Monitor and Feedback results to decide which design should be implemented.
Stakeholder Communication:
-Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
-Support decision on roll-out to market in conjunction with stakeholders.
Requirements:
About You:
-Degree in Marketing, Data Science or other related field.
Essential:
-2+ years of experience in digital analysis.
-High proficiency in analytics tools like Google Optimize, Adobe Target or similar.
-Knowledge and interest in digital, web and broader marketing principles.
-Strong statistical background.
-Experience in SQL and/or Python is a plus.
-Experience of digital transformation projects.
