As a crucial member of our Digital Acquisition Team, you'll delve into digital media analysis, optimize digital channels, and provide actionable insights to improve our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns, particularly Paid Search.
  • Regularly analyze, report, and optimize campaigns, including performance analysis, statistical evaluations, and message optimization.
  • Perform monthly channel forecasts.
  • Enhance campaign efficiency using scripts and automation tools.
  • Monitor and manage keyword bids, budgets, impression shares, quality scores, and other key metrics.
  • Create and manage extensive keyword lists.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and implement strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other aspects of paid search.
  • Generate standardized reports to monitor digital channel performance.
  • Create visualizations to offer self-serve insights to stakeholders.
  • Offer innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with PPC (Google Ads, GDN, Facebook), preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns using KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to strategize and execute A/B tests within campaigns.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including lookups and pivot tables).
  • Expertise in data visualization.
  • Passion for exploring data to unearth insights.
  • Resourcefulness and a proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication and collaborative skills in distributed, multi-functional, multinational teams.
  • Ability to foster a fun and productive team atmosphere.
