Job Summary

Our Data Science team is tasked with developing AI/ML solutions tailored to address key business challenges. The new Director will define the AI/ML vision for enhancing our marketing strategies, utilizing machine learning to refine targeting, upselling, personalized communications, and churn reduction.

Core Responsibilities

As a leader within our dynamic team, you will:

• Strategically manage various data science initiatives, translating business questions into practical, solveable data science challenges.
• Lead cross-functional programs to design comprehensive projects from scratch to finish, setting a clear roadmap to pinpoint and exploit top AI opportunities that drastically enhance business value.
• Build sophisticated models to optimize online and offline marketing efforts, integrating diverse data sources such as transactions, user behavior, and media engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams, guiding critical investment decisions and fostering innovation.
• Simplify the complex nature of AI/ML to encourage broader adoption and implementation across business functions.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience in the marketing domain, specifically in defining successful AI/ML strategies that drive significant ROI.
• Expertise in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning, with a keen focus on practical applications and quick scalability.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
