Job Responsibilities

As a Director, Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and other professionals to implement machine learning models. Your goal will be to ensure stability, producibility, and scalability, and integrate these models with various products and services.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operationalize ML software models to solve real-world business challenges in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
• Write and test application code, develop and validate ML models, and automate testing and deployment.
• Leverage cloud-based technologies to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
• Construct optimized data pipelines to support ML models.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment best practices, including test automation and monitoring.
• Provide technical direction to team members and encourage learning and innovation.
• Analyze unique and significant issues that impact future concepts, products, or technologies.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, or Scala.

Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Ability to independently lead and effectively utilize diverse perspectives.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong understanding of business concepts and decision-making processes.
• Continuous learning mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in Software Engineering & System Design, including requirement analysis, coding, and testing.
• Proficient in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Model Performance Management and Model Deployment.
• Experience in Data Integration, Transformation, and Processing.
• Strong background in Statistics and Computing.

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is from $163,300 to $244,900. The specific pay within this range may vary based on geographic location, experience, and skills.
