Your Mission

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving Mimica's growth by collaborating closely with our CEO and Go-To-Market team. Your goal will be to expand our pipeline and increase revenue through strategic initiatives and dynamic marketing strategies. Focusing on demand generation, lead nurturing, and supporting sales, you will propel prospects into long-term valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will be:

• Developing and implementing demand generation strategies that resonate with key verticals to boost conversion rates.
• Executing nurture campaigns tailored to relevant personas, utilizing email, retargeting, and other channels.
• Utilizing SEO tools and optimizing landing pages to enhance discoverability and lead capture.
• Distributing high-impact content across multiple channels to support sales closure, client retention, and upselling.
• Managing and executing events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis.

What We Look For

• Proven experience in demand generation or digital marketing within the B2B software/SaaS industry.
• Expertise in high-touch enterprise sales strategies, pipeline growth, and campaign execution that meets or exceeds targets.
• Strong analytic capabilities and proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Experience with automation/RPA or related fields is a bonus, as is a knack for creative storytelling and content creation.
