Position Summary: Vice President, Institutional Sales (APAC/Dubai)

At Hex Trust, we are committed to fostering trust in the digital asset ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in digital assets and financial services to drive new client acquisitions and revenue generation.

This role offers a dynamic and growth-oriented environment, ideal for individuals with deep industry knowledge, confidence, and persistence. As part of a fast-growing FinTech company, you will work independently, build meaningful relationships, and enhance our client and partner base.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead client acquisitions and revenue generation for our custody and global markets products, including full custody, staking, trading, and financing solutions.
  • Manage all elements of the sales life cycle: initial scoping, pipeline management, pitching, contract negotiations, and successful closure.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the digital asset ecosystem and assigned products.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Client Management, Onboarding, Compliance, and Product to exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about key developments in the digital asset ecosystem and proactively identify new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience with institutional clients from both traditional financial services and digital assets startups.
  • Experience with prime brokerage products, such as custody and trading.
  • Understanding of operating within a regulated financial institution.
  • Ability to negotiate and create strong relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 institutions.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, is advantageous.
  • Cultural alignment with our team values – no prima donnas.
