How Will You Make an Impact?

As part of the ESG Excellence team and reporting directly to the Director, this pivotal role involves spearheading our approach to ESG risk and opportunity assessments—a core aspect of our ESG framework. Your tasks will include:

  • Leading the enhancement of ESG risk & opportunity assessment processes.
  • Conducting in-depth quantitative assessments and scenario analysis for TCFD and TNFD frameworks.
  • Supporting the evolution of our non-financial reporting frameworks (GRI, ESRS).
  • Improving data management through pioneering digital solutions.
  • Preparing responses for ESG ratings and third-party sustainability surveys.
  • Staying updated on ESG regulations and trends to recommend strategic directions.

How Will You Experience Success with Us?

Your success will be driven by your expertise in ESG impact, risk management, familiarity with regulatory standards, and a proven ability to communicate and influence cross-functional teams. Desirable qualifications include:

  • Vast knowledge in non-financial reporting standards like GRI, ESRS.
  • Experience with GHG accounting and internal control frameworks.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including a Master's degree in a related field.
