Role of Executive Team Leader – Assets Protection
Our Assets Protection (AP) teams are dedicated to keeping our guests, team members, and brand safe and secure, and provide leadership during crisis events. Key responsibilities and experiences include:
- Managing a safe and secure culture with a strong emphasis on crisis response and safety
- Creating and implementing strategic AP strategies to mitigate theft and fraud
- Identifying and resolving internal investigations
- Recruiting, selecting, and managing talent
Typical Responsibilities
As an Executive Team Leader – Assets Protection, each day is unique. Responsibilities may include:
- Driving total store sales by ensuring product availability
- Managing store response and emergency crisis situations; creating plans for in-store events
- Educating teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures
- Developing strategies to reduce shortage risks and drive profitable sales
- Providing investigative and de-escalation training sessions
- Creating and maintaining a culture of accountability through clear expectations
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and development of AP Team Leaders

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Compliance with state or local licensure and/or legal requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Comfort with ambiguity and quick adaptation to current technology needs
Work Conditions and Expectations
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest and team member issues
- Apprehend subjects following company policy
- Handle and move merchandise, frequently lifting up to 40 pounds
