Join Our Team as an Expert Marketing/Data Analyst

Acxiom is looking for a dedicated and analytical Expert Marketing/Data Analyst to enrich our team. This remote opportunity is based out of Conway, Arkansas, but applications for remote work from other locations may also be considered.

Role Overview

As an integral part of our Analytics team, you will design and deliver custom client analyses that generate actionable insights. Using a blend of 1P and 3P data, your efforts will focus on a range of analytical services from ad-hoc projects to detailed customer and campaign performance reports.

Function Specific Responsibilities

In your daily work, you will:

• Support analytic team leads by crafting and implementing sophisticated analytic solutions that provide deep insights.
• Engage in various advanced analytics tasks such as customer profiling, customer segmentation analysis, and marketing KPI reporting.
• Mine data to discover hidden patterns, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.
• Utilize SQL for querying databases, performing data transformations, and extracting key information.
• Translate analysis results into strategic recommendations to enhance our client’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Your core duties will include:

• Consulting with the Analytics team and business stakeholders to determine essential business questions and data strategies.
• Expertly handling SQL to access and analyze diverse data sources, sharing key findings effectively.
• Supporting marketing planning and audience development through detailed analyses using various analytical tools and SQL queries.
• Preparing and presenting reports and insights that aid in marketing and campaign optimization.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Needed

We're seeking candidates with:

• 5-10 years of experience in the client-services industry or direct client-side experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a good understanding of databases.
• Experience with R and Python is highly advantageous.
• Robust problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe, Salesforce, and Snowflake is beneficial.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is preferred.
