Job Description

Are you ready to become a part of a dynamic, multicultural team committed to enhancing customer experiences and creating efficient, data-driven sales processes? Join our growing SPX central team in Aveiro and contribute to impactful projects that propel our organization forward.

Your Contribution to Something Big:

As an intern, you will primarily collaborate with our global product data expert, assisting in the establishment of a product data hotline. Key responsibilities include:

• Documenting the process and drafting technical documentation for the first-level support of the product data hotline.
• Assisting in troubleshooting cases by gathering information from various systems, primarily SAP ERP.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our global process owners across various sales processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting global process owners with special and recurring tasks.
• Documenting business processes in Signavio.
• Assisting in data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

What makes you stand out:

• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus (training will be provided).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
