Job Title: Facilities Data Analyst - Program Analyst I
Position Overview
Alluvionic is actively seeking a dedicated Facilities Data Analyst and Coordinator to join our team. This role involves collecting, compiling, and analyzing facilities data while assisting with financial management, budget tracking, and administrative tasks within the Office of Construction Management of the United States Marshals Service. This is an on-site position, and candidates must be U.S. Citizens and undergo a Public Trust Background Investigation (BI).
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze facility data from various sources to produce reports and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in financial management and budget tracking for the Office of Construction Management.
- Coordinate, collaborate, and facilitate facilities and construction management meetings.
- Research and analyze agency needs concerning lease renewals and facility space requests.
- Support collaborative and administrative facilities management or construction tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry/management.
- 1 year of experience in clear, concise, and logical writing (e.g., memos, briefs, PowerPoint presentations).
- Superior organization and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Government Agency experience.
