Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Workforce Planning Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will work for our federal government client. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in data analytics, business intelligence/data visualisation tools including Tableau and Power BI, and workforce strategic planning.

  • Supporting a federal client by analyzing trends, metrics, and performance measurements concerning current and future workforce needs.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and informative analytical products using Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Prepare analysis presenting the benefits and drawbacks of various routes of action and suggest implications and potential effects of research findings to contribute to general knowledge and support decisions.
  • Evaluate information obtained from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down high-level information into specifics, developing a comprehension of trends and providing recommendations.
  • Analyze and determine the influence of proposed regulations, legislation, and policy changes on workforce and HC programs.
  • Develop and evolve current analysis products and tools and collaborate with clients to identify and integrate relevant data into the future scenarios including workforce and financial data.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze data for forecasting predictions, trend analysis, and decision-making purposes.
  • Generate and maintain short-, mid- and long-term forecasts of workforce needs within the Agency.
  • Actively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the Agency to enhance data products and identify required analyses.
  • Candidate will refine the tool adding data and additional parameters and strategies as needed to support different data users across the Agency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, data analytics, human resources, business analytics, or related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in data analysis and data visualization
  • Experience with human capital, workforce-related topics, preferred
  • Experience with NASA or related federal agencies preferred
