Role Overview: Full Stack Data Scientist on the Experiments Platform Team

Your Impact

Join our dynamic full-stack engineering team to:

• Build and enhance a platform facilitating powerful experimentation and optimization capabilities.
• Empower users of varying statistical literacy to conduct large-scale experiments, handling data sets across seven orders of magnitude.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop, test, and deploy new features fully.
• Grow continuously through challenges that encourage your development both as a data scientist and as an engineer.

We Are Looking For

An innovative thinker with:

• At least one year of experience in data science or applied probability.
• A strong statistical background and a passion for experimental design.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• An academic background in CS, applied math, statistics, or a related field—or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a readiness to collaborate in a team environment.
• An eagerness to learn and tackle complex problems.
