Who You'll Work With:

At AllianceBernstein's Global Fund Administration department (GFA), you will be part of a team responsible for overseeing around 600 pooled investment vehicles across various global jurisdictions, including the US, Luxembourg, and the Cayman Islands. These vehicles encompass a range of products such as 1940 Act mutual funds, ETFs, Collective Investment Trusts, Luxembourg UCITS, and alternative structured products. Our collaborative teams in the US, Luxembourg, and Pune excel in providing top-tier service overseeing daily operations, regulatory compliance, and client reporting.

What You'll Do:

As a Fund Administration Data Analyst based in Nashville, Tennessee, your role will be crucial in supporting the data reporting needs of all investment vehicles managed by GFA. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data deliverables, address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate process improvements. Key responsibilities include managing the administration of our nightly pricing process, utilizing the Unity platform for data capture and performance calculations, and engaging with internal and external partners to resolve operational issues.

Your Impact:

This role is instrumental in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and operational processes, making it unique and interesting due to the exposure it offers across different products and regions. As a vital part of managing GFA’s nightly pricing process, you will directly contribute to the accurate dissemination of NAVs and performance data to our clients.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the mutual fund or finance industry, backed by a 4-year college degree in business, preferably with a focus on accounting or finance. You should possess a strong foundation in mutual fund accounting and performance calculations, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and other standard office applications.
