This essential role focuses on analyzing genomic data from our state-of-the-art clinical molecular laboratories located in RTP, NC, and Westborough, MA. Job Responsibilities

As a Genomics Data Analyst, you will:

• Review and analyze genomics data from NGS, Sanger, qPCR, MLPA, and microarray assays to support molecular genetics and oncology testing.
• Collaborate with clinical directors to provide accurate, reliable analyses and draft patient reports.
• Perform quality control and assurance checks, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain rigorous standards by participating in continuous education and training.
• Suggest and implement process improvements under the guidance of the data analysis supervisor.
• Handle administrative duties, maintain SOPs, and support new test launches.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations and ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.

Required Qualifications

To be successful, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Science.
• At least one year of clinical lab testing experience with human specimens.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Preferred applicants will have:

• ASCP Certification in Molecular Biology or equivalent.
• Experience with sequence analysis and relevant software.
• Strong computing skills, including Excel and Adobe proficiency.
• Previous experience with various molecular diagnostic methods.
• Excellent prioritization, task management, and collaborative skills.
• Effective communication abilities in both written and verbal form.
