Join Our Team: Manager, ERP & Business Intelligence at Delmar International

Mandate: At Delmar International, we are seeking a skilled Manager, ERP & Business Intelligence who will report directly to the Director of Technology Solutions Delivery. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing strategies that enhance the collection, analysis, and dissemination of diverse data types.

In this key position, you will collaborate closely with senior management and other vital stakeholders to uncover areas for enhancement and strategic insights that aid in decision-making. The successful candidate will be instrumental in liaising with various departments to deliver stellar service to Delmar’s clients.

Core Responsibilities:

As a Manager, ERP & Business Intelligence, you will:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new developments and best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Synapse, and Power BI.
• Lead the definition and implementation of ERP and BI governance practices across the organization.
• Engage with users to define, clarify, and document their needs effectively.
• Convey complex data analysis and visualization concepts to a varied audience, covering both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing ERP or Business Intelligence (BI) teams.
• Academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing cross-functional teams, including Developers and ERP specialists.
• Proven expertise in leveraging data visualization tools like Power BI dashiotards and SQL.
• Functional knowledge of Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 is essential.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for proposing innovative tech solutions to meet business requirements.
